Ms. Hernandez is a member of the American Bar Association (Tax and Exempt Organizations Sections) and the Korean American Bar Association (Officer).

Ms. Chang has led seminars and speaking engagements for her peers assisting clients regarding a broad variety of matters.

Ms. Chang is admitted to the bar in the state of California and in the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Chang worked in the Internal Revenue Service’s EEE Division and in the tax-exempt organization practices at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Baker & Hostetler, LLP. Her practice has focused on large health organizations, religious organizations, multinational charitable activities, and specialized corporate charitable activities. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Chang was a preparatory center teacher.
