Ms. Harrison is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law and Taxation Sections) and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Ms. Harrison previously taught a transactional law clinic at the University of California Berkeley School of Law.
Ms. Harrison is admitted to the bar in the state of California.
Prior to joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Harrison worked as a Staff Attorney and Clinical Supervisor in the Community Economic Justice Clinic, a division of the East Bay Community Law Center, where she counseled entrepreneurs, small businesses, and tax-exempt organizations on a variety of legal matters. In her prior role as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Ms. Harrison’s practice focused on a wide range of transactional matters, including business formation, capital markets and securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.
