Ms. Yang is a member of the American Bar Association (Tax and Exempt Organizations Sections), the California State Bar Association, The Bar Association of San Francisco, and the California Lawyers Association (Tax Section).

Ms. Yang is admitted to the bar in the state of California.

Before joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Yang worked at an accounting firm where she advised corporate leaders in the financial, renewable energy, retail, and technology industries on a variety of state and local income, sales and use, and gross receipts tax law matters.

Outside of the office, Ms. Yang enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and long walks with her spritely senior dog, Jack.
