BILLING COORDINATOR

Adler & Colvin is a small San Francisco law firm with a national reputation. Our tightly knit, collegial team creates a supportive, professional environment that welcomes skilled individuals who take pride in their work and achievements. We welcome qualified candidates in our Billing Department.

Our Billing Coordinator is responsible for the efficient, accurate, and timely production and coordination of attorney time input, client invoices and accounts receivable calls for the Firm, conflicts checks, and matter openings as well as monthly reconciliation of the billing cycle. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours per day during regular business hours (40 hour per week).

Basic requirements include:

  • High school diploma
  • At least five years of experience in general office duties, preferably in a law firm environment
  • At least three years of legal billing experience
  • Knowledge of legal billing software. Omega experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook required, with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% accuracy

  • Ability to manage stressful situations with tact and professionalism
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation in a collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated associate attorney who wants to represent the nonprofit sector in a small-firm, collegial environment.
